Fayetteville City Council Work Session May 6, 2013 Absent Council Members: Robert Massey What Happened: Jami McLaughlin (Downtown Development Manager) and William Grimes (Consultant with Studio Cascade) presented the 2013 draft Downtown Fayetteville Renaissance Plan.
